....thank you very much with all the help you gave us recently.The problem we had was with our well,because of the very cold weather this winter,the frost went deeper in the ground and pushed the casing from the well up so that we were getting all that sand in our water.As you suggested we by-passed the softener till we had the problem fixed. Dan your assumption of our problem being only bacteria was dead on.You are truly an expert at what you do.We chlorinated our well just like you said with the tablets you gave us.I also put some liquid bleach into our sediment filter canister to insure bleach was in every line throughout the house.We then went 24 hours without using the water.After we flushed it out thoroughly,we have not had any smell or staining for 3 weeks now.After about 16 days of sanitizing our system,I got a water test done from A&L Labs.The results were very comforting,and I believe also very scary for what costs we could have dished out had we not been fortunate enough to talk with you.
In closing I would just like to say that you both are the true meaning of what GOOD PEOPLE are.In times when business seems to be all about money and little about helping people,you showed us good honest business people still exist out there.

I just wanted to drop you a line or two to let you know how much I appreciated your prompt and efficient service.Never did I expect I would have such a wonderful water system installed the very next day after moving into my new home. The system is working great and I find it very easy to make adjustments,such as with the by-pass and soft water regulator.I thought I had real pure soft water with my old Rainsoft system,but it was nothing in comparison to your Aqua-Vend system. Thank you so much for offering the Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System and installing it so nicely under my kitchen sink.I am truly amazed with the amount of room I still have under this sink for dish detergents and other household cleaning products.You sure did a fine job,Dan installing it...and with virtually no mess.I must say I am even more amazed with the Quality of Water I now have for Drinking and Cooking.
The coffee is the Best I ve ever had.My frozen orange juice is simply superb.Furthermore I am noticing a no starch taste or sticky build-up in my pasta meals.Mashed potatoes are much easier to whip-up and my soups are incredibly delicious.In addition,Rinsing of my cookware is much easier as I have no more stuck on food.I also predict I will Save on my water bills as I no longer have to run city water cold to help rid out the foul taste.
